2025 Garden Bed Request Form
Thank you for your interest in managing a raised garden bed in the Countway Community Garden for the 2025 growing season!
As with past seasons, the number of available plots is extremely limited, and we are anticipating an influx of new requests this year, so groups are highly encouraged to request shared plots. Completing this form does not automatically guarantee you your own garden bed; we may need to group gardeners together in order to maximize the available space, but we will do our best to accommodate as many gardeners as we can.
